ConvergeSouth Friday Workshop Proposal

After lunch on Friday, October 19 , we plan on breaking up the conference into 10 to 15 individual workshops, all relating on one level or another to the theme of the day.

There's a lot of room to work with in this general framework. Be creative.

You're on your own in a workshop: no moderator! At the end of all the workshops on Friday, we'll all reconvene to debrief and move forward.

Panelist Nomination Submission

Nominate yourself as a panelist for Friday, October 17, 2007, ConvergeSouth panel. Panels are intended to be similar to intimate discussions with give-and-take and are therefore limited in size to no more than two panelists and a moderator.

A moderator will be assigned to each panel.

The Fine Print

Proposal submissions will close in June. At that time a panel of ConvergeSouth volunteers will vote on programming choices for the two-day Conference.

If your proposal is selected, we will contact you with the good news by July 15th ( to give you three months to plan travel).

If your original proposal isn't selected by the team, fear not! We might want you to present in another format. We will be in touch with you and let you know what our plan becomes.
