Krispy Kreme: Staying Relevant at 80
As a brand that evolved out of word of mouth marketing, Krispy Kreme turned 80 this year after opening its doors in the heart of Old Salem (known as Salem, NC at the time). Since then the brand has successfully elevated the presence across the globe and via social media. The focus of this session will be to highlight some of the learnings by Krispy Kreme across various social media networks in extending the brand’s presence and relationship with fans.
